St. Kitts Private taxi at Pier for tour

Does anyone know if you can hire a private taxi directly on the pier for a 2 or 3 hour tour and if so, what the cost or approximate cost might be? I see listings where they fill up a van with 6 or 8 people but no mention of hiring a private taxi right when you get off the ship, not in advance Thanks:confused:
