Pre-cruise stay for Norwegian Dream 11-25

We are booked on the Norwegian Dream for November 25 and would like to drive to Houston the day before. Does anyone know of a place to stay in Houston near the port that has free cruise parking? If not free parking, then clean and inexpensive?
