Ever seen Freedom go on sale?

Just a thought. We've booked on Freedom this March. I did book through RCCL direct just in case there is a price reduction but I think it's probably just wishful thinking.

We were lucky. We booked early and got a good deal. Haven't seen a price reduction though...it has increased to almost double the price.

We booked Freedom when the Western itinerary was first released. The price has increased 123% for our cruise next August :eek: !

My dad is going on Freedom Dec 10. He originally paid 950.00 pp and I've been checking it for him. Two weeks ago it went "hot deal" for 699.00. He got the price cut!

 

I'm not sure I would hold out such hopes for March.

I just did the 11/12 sailing of the Freedom. The price dropped a few weeks before sailing and I got a nice refund.

So....maybe there's hope. This may be a great place to report any price drops for Freedom for everyone who's going.

It doesn't matter which ship it is. It all depends on supply and demand. With Liberty coming online soon, demand for Freedom will decrease.

We booked freedom for March 11,2007 about a year and a half ago. Our travel agent still teases us about that. I doubt if the price could be matched- if the price goes down considerably - please post.
