Honolulu/Waikiki Hotel Recommendations

Vanessaness, In May I did a pre-cruise in Hawaii. I stayed at the Marriott Hotel in Waikki for 3 nites. I also did a post-cruise and stayed at the Hyatt in Waikki for 4 nites. Both hotels were very nice. If you're doing excursions most of the excursions will pick-up at the Marriott. (advantage). I thought the Hyatt was more luxurios than the Marriott and the Hyatt was a little more centally located. However, I would stay at either hotel. FYI-If you can get a pkg.deal including breakfast (at either hotel) do it. Both breakfasts are fantastic, but costly.Breakfast is much more reasonable with the pkg.Have a fantastic time in Hawaii, we did and its a wonderful memory. Don't hestitate to ask me any questions:lrn376atyahoo.com.Lois
