Can I make a reservation for the Pinnacle Grill prior to the cruise? We are booked on the February 4th sailing of the Westedam.

Can this be done on line or do I have to call the 800# and ask for ships services? Is there a direct # for ships services?

what are their hours? I'm wondering if I'll be able to make dinner reservations for one evening when the kids go into the 8pm kids programs!

Yes, you can call direct to Ship's Services. 800-541-1576. When you call, have your confirmation number available and credit card. They will charge the $30 pp to your credit card rather than wait to charge your shipboard account when you are aboard.

 

Reservations for Pinnacle are definitely taken for 8 P.M. I think they take them up to 9:00.....perhpas even later.

When we got on the ship, about a couple of hours after we boarded, we made our reservations, we had our choice of times & days.....not a problem..

Thanks for the information. I'd like to take care of everything I can before we board. Besides it makes it feel closer to be actively doing something.

Definitely make certain that you make your reservations in advance.

 

We have gotten on some ships and they were already completely booked up for the Pinnacle.

We also take a copy of our credit card statement showing that we have paid for the reservation.

If you go to the part of Holland America's website where you buy gifts, you will find an option of making reservations for the Pinnacle Grill. If they accept your reservation, your credit card gets charged.

We booked our PG reservation ahead by phone but had to book for earlier (I think we got 6:30) than we would have liked. They said they hold the prime slots for booking onboard and that we could ask to switch once we board.

If you book ahead check on your reservation as soon as you board. They sometimes don't pass the information on from Seattle to the ship.
