Westerdam shampoo/conditioner

We'll be on the Westerdam in two weeks. Is shampoo and conditioner provided?

HAL have a range on all their ships. Personally I did not like it for my hair, I had to go ashore and buy my usual brand. But I do have very thick strong hair so maybe HALs just didn't suit my hair.

HAL is presently using Elemis products. We do not care for it -- back to bringing our own. DH broke out from the shampoo. The conditioner is so thick you have to pound the bottle on something to get it out.

Yes, shampoo & conditioner is provided! Also, hand/body lotion, which I think it quite good! I have even "borrrowed" a "few" bottles to take home with me!

We had the Elemis products on the Volendam and really liked them.

No worries:) The Elemis products are dreamy. I think you'll enjoy them.

 

I must admit I have had to press firmly on the conditioner bottle to get the conditioner out, but I do like the way it works.

I love the Elemis products so much that I went to the Elemis website to try to purchase the bath gel and conditioner. The bath gel (I loved it) is there, but not the conditioner. So I wrote them and it's not for sale. I am so disappointed because this is the BEST conditioner I've ever used.

 

The secret to getting it out of the bottle is not to tap or pound the bottle, but to squeeze it ... comes out beautifully. Fortunately I brought home enough to last a while, but unless a little bird helps me out (and she might), I'll have to wait for awhile to get more!!

 

Maybe it only works on fine curly hair ... but I loved it!
