My husband is a C&A member (gold), I am not (yet!). Can I use any of the coupons he is not interested in (i.e. Wine Tasting) or is he the only one who can use them? Thank you

Once you married your husband, you inherit his C & A status. Call the C & A Desk and they will assign you a number. My son has only been on 5 or 6 cruises with me but because he was still under the age of 18 when I became a Diamond member, so did he!

When you get your tickets, it should show your Crown and Anchor membership number and the fact that you are a Gold member. If they do not, you should go and visit the Loyalty Ambassador on the first day of the cruise. If you need to prove you took the first cruise, it might help to bring proof of your first sailing, like your seapass cards.

Thanks for the good news. It sounds like I need to call back and make sure I am listed as such. So my children are C&A members also, I thought they had to be 18? Is it one coupon book per cabin, per member, or per family reservation? Hope my questions make sense. Thanks

so if your husband is gold, so are you. Call C&A to make sure they know about you or he never told the you exist.

You have to be 18 to get a C&A membership, though your previous cruises will count. So some kids make it diamond or better once they turn 18.

But until 18 your kids won´t receive any C&A recognition. So no booklets for them. Otherwise one booklet per member.

Maybe someone can answer this 1. I have raised my 15 yr old GD since 5 yrs old. She has cruised with us many times ( not enough for her to be a Diamomd like we are) and I understand a child under 18 does not get a C&A status until of age. Since my GD last name is different from mine, but she had the same address as mine when she cruised, will she automatically become Diamond at age 18? It's not like I need to know now, since she is only 15 and we most likely will be Diamond+ by the time she is 18, but I am curious to know what her status will be. Thank you for anyone that may have an answer!

It goes by address...I think!

Thanks massfriends and masterbaker. It's going to be hard to use that Johnny Rockets coupon, since we don't have one on the Grandeur! :D I'll save it for another ship.

You know the last time we sailed, the drink coupon was good for any frozen drink, as well!

Some of these coupons are really nice! We love the wine tasting seminar and $7.50 x 2 for Internet connection is great! I thought it use to be $3.50.

I love to play the slots, so the casino money will come in handy, but what is "match play?" We don't gamble over than the slots.

I had to laugh. My first and only cruise was 18 years ago! They had no record of it, but I told C & A the date and itinerary and received my C & A card/number. Finally, my second cruise coming up in less than 6 weeks!

Just a follow up, I sent an e-mail to see if I could become a C&A member based on my husband's status and received the following e-mail-

RE: Crown and Anchor Society

Dear Mrs. XXX,

Thank you for your e-mail. We apologize for any delay in our response.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to enroll in the Crown and Anchor

until after completion of your first cruise. We apologize for any

inconvenience this causes.

Mrs. XXX, we look forward to welcoming you onboard again soon. Get

out there (sm).

Sincerely,

Jesse Locks

Crown & Anchor Society
