Visa Needed for Costa Rica?

I have been trying to determine if we need to get Visas for getting off the ship in Punterenas, Costa Rica. My hubby and I are doing a repositioning cruise on the Coral Princess leaving Fort Lauderdale April 28th and Costa Rica is the only port that I haven't been able to definitely determine if we need to get Visas for.

 

Has someone been to Costa Rica recently and can tell me if Visas were needed? I will greatly appreciate the help.

Depends on your citizenship but Canadians & U.S. citizens do not need visas
