Eastern Caribbean Freedom Info

Hey, has anyone done the Eastern itinerary on the Freedom of the Seas? I only see comments regarding the Western trip. I'm going in July and would love to hear comments. Are the meals the same for both itinerays? Is the Eastern trip so horrible no one wants to talk about it or is it so great everyone is keeping it a secret!

Has Freedom even started its Eastern runs yet? I thought that was happening after Liberty is put into service.

We are sailing on the Freedom on May 6 - her first eastern caribbean cruise - the food will probably be the same as western - stops San Juan, St Maarten & St Thomas.

I'd love to hear from you when you get back. I'm especially interested in what days are formal nights or when is Lobster night. Trying to figure out when to eat at buffet due to too much shore excursions. But don't want to miss out on some of the good stuff in the dining room.

Formal nights are typically on a day at sea..... too much rushing back from excursions would be involved to do it on any other.
