Any favorite places in port to get grilled salmon?

I'm an extreme salmon fan, been for over a decade. After a trip to Seattle once, I hand carried Copper River salmon back home to grill. It was expensive and then the dry ice packing stuff pushed it way over the top, but it was good

 

I'm on a northbound cruise in August. I'll miss the copper river run, but are there any good places in port that grills up salmon well? Don't want the tourist traps that over season the fish.

 

I have stops in Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, and Anchorage.

Although it may be considered "touristy", many people on this board like the Salmon Bake. I think it is in Juneau. They grill the salmon on big outdoor grills. (I haven't been).

Gold Creek Salmon Bake in Juneau... excellent. and ribs for the non-fish eaters.. I am a salmonaholic and this was some of "the" best.. and very scenic setting to boot

Seward has Exit Salmon bake and those heading up to Fairbanks- Pioneer Park is the best I have ever been to.

Go to the Ore House in Juneau, my family is from Juneau and they have the best show, the funnest atmosphere and great food!

Couple years ago, on the Vision OTS they had a salmon bake on deck one day. That was really nice.
