Will I miss the lovely Sunsets?

I just had a horrible thought. We are scheduled to have the late dinner at like 8:30pm. Does this mean I will miss the sunset every night I am at dinner!? I wanted to take pictures of the susets and I know I will not wake up for the Sunrise!

We are going to the Western Caribbean July 7th-does anyone know when the sun sets?

I went in January and the sun set about 6:30 island time. Someone should have one of those sun links? Seems to me like the sun would be down by 8:30 though.

We always cruise in July and always have 8:30 dinner seating.

We watch the sunset from our balcony everynight while we are getting ready for dinner.
