RCCL won't sell me transfers, so how do I get to the ship in Southampton from Gatwick. Is there a train website where I can make a reservation? I really need some help.

Yes,trainline .co.uk, or try the bus ,national express.co.uk,book on line.

both will get you there, and cheaper

direct trains and coaches from gatwick to s.ton

the train will be faster (just over 2 hours compared to between 3hrs 15mins-3hrs-50 mins) but is more expensive, but more comfortable than sitting on a coach with crappy toilet facilities

your choice, time and cost.

The only direct coaches from Gatwick to/from Southampton are in the middle of the night - and there's only one a day each way.

So another vote for the train from me.

I'm surprised that RCCL won't sell you transfers... that being said, we are using National Express this summer. Cost is cheap and less than 2 hrs from Heathrow. Drop off point in Southampton is less than 2 km from the pier. Nice walk if the weather is good.
