Lanyard!?

Ok, I won't lie, I had to look up what a 'lanyard' was online! Ok, now that I know what it is, I want one for my first cruise. Where am I suppose to buy a lanyard with a water proof pocket? I saw some websites you can buy online, but I want to buy it in a store.

We wanted them for snorkeling on our last cruise, and I found them in Walmart, near the luggage area. I was doubtful (what can you expect for under a dollar?), but they actually did keep our cash and ship card dry.

They'll give you a lanyard at no cost on the ship (Carnival) - in the casino and at the purser's desk. Just buy a waterproof doc holder at WM or luggage/sporting store and clip it on. Oh, and I've seen the Cruise Critic lanyards....cool.

I know they sell them on RCL ships and they also give them away as prizes at trivia (we won 2:p ).
