Looking For People To Share Tour In St Petersburg On Aug 20,21,22

My wife and I are cruising on the Regatta from Dover to Stockholm on Aug 11. We have visa's and have a tour guide,driver & van. We would love to share the cost with someone on these days.

 

Also we would like to share a van in other ports.

If you are leaving from the city of London to Dover on the 11th we need to obtain transportation. Share Van would work. Has anyone taken the train to Dover? How much and where from? We are in the Victoria area. We have a group alla tour in St Petersburg, but are open to ideas in other ports.
