Would like some info - Carnival Spirit

My husband and I booked our 1st cruise and now have 359 days left to go. Wanted to know how we can contact or find out about meetings aboard ship? We are booked for next year this time on Carnival Spirit. I also wondered about church services on board...do they have them?

From past experience I can tell you that Celebrity has services for both Catholic, Interfaith and Jewish.
