west. carb. excusion

we will be on the star princess nov.7 to the west. carib. (cozumel, grand cayman, & ochos rios, jamaica) i was wondering if instead of the usual excusions offered would it be more fun to hire a car & driver for the day. my partner has safety fears especially going to ochos rios. would appreciate any info thanks in advance:)

Cozumel is very easy to do on your own. Just take a taxi at the end of the pier to a beach club; Paradise Beach Club, Mr. Sancho's or Nachi Cochom are all highly recommended. No entry fees just be sure to buy a drink and something to eat. You won't regret it. Grand Cayman has many local boat captains: Capt. Marivin, Soto's, Nativeway, Capt.
