Long Beach to San Pedro

Thanks to all the suggestions that everyone has given the last few months. I am actually looking forward to the LA part of the trip this time. I would still like know a few things. I decided to stay at the Turret B&B this year to be as close to the Shoreline and shopping areas as possible. What have you heard about this B&B and is it safe to walk to the aquarium from there.

 

We are going on Diamond Princess this year and need to get to San Pedro from Long Beach. Is the best way to get over the bridge by taxi? From the pic's it looks like about seven miles. I am using the Shuttle to get to and from LGB.

On the day of the cruise, yes the best best is to just take a cab from Long Beach to San Pedro. It would be cheaper than a shuttle or other transporation.
