cheeseburger2 Posted August 18, 2007 #1 Share Posted August 18, 2007 Hi there, First time cruiser here, so be patient with me if this is a frequently asked question. :) My DH and I are considering a cruise on the Navigator next May as a kick-off for a two month sabbatical we are taking in Europe. The particular cruise we are eyeing has a free air offer, which is great! The complexity with our arrangement is that even though we'll be flying in from Seattle (to Venice), we won't be going back there. Our "home" destination following the trip will be London. Does anyone know whether this is an arrangement Regent Air can cope with? Or will we basically just forfeit the roundtrip of our journey?
NCCruzQueen Posted August 18, 2007 #2 Share Posted August 18, 2007 These are great questions your TA can answer best for you. I do know that Regent charges a deviation fee for changes in air flights. Enjoy planning for your cruise. You will love the Navigator, she is a lovely ship with a great staff and crew.
Wendy The Wanderer Posted August 18, 2007 #3 Share Posted August 18, 2007 I asked a similar question once, and was told that no, they won't deviate beyond the airports close to the embarkation/debarkation ports. You'd best take the air credit and make your own arrangements. But by all means, ask a TA to confirm what I just told you.
