Reyno on the Oasis started his vacation on 1/16th. Still waiting to

hear who came on to replace him as the rumour was Julian but

they did not know for sure.

 

Whoever it will be I feel sorry for them.... no time to get settled in.

They just throw you into the fire. I think they should overlap for a

week so they can get their bearings. JMO

MaxsMom, since you are just off Explorer, can you tell me your experience at the port with parking? Is there a shuttle to take you back to the port after you park?

Ivan is the new Concierge on Brilliance - Norman also in Concierge Lounge and Angela in Diamond Lounge.

 

Not impressed with Ivan at all - needs mucho improvement IMHO and many others.

Just completed the repositioning cruise to Dubai and I have to agree with you. Ivan did not move away from his computer screen during the whole 14 days.

Norman was superb but left for vacation on arrival in Dubai.

Does anyone know how often the concierges (for us DeDe on the AD OTS) check the emails ?

we sent one to her last jan 20 and until now she dont even read it (no receipt was sent back) or replied to us.

Apparently the Oasis has two concierges, since Fernando left Freedom last week to be on the Oasis (right in the middle of our cruise). It's now Amit.

Great to hear such nice words about Cherry!!!!!!!! She will be our Concierge for our upcoming 1/24/10 EOS cruise next Sunday.

So looking forward to this cruise and all the perks that come with the Concierge services.

Just got off of Serenade. Kenneth has 2 more weeks onboard. He is then off until April 11. He will then be joining Independence, until 2011. The bartenders on Serenade are now Gia and Angelito.
