What's the ride like down the Mississippi? How long does it take to get to the Gulf? How does the Fantasy hold up on all the twisty turns of the river? Thanks so much

It takes 5-6 hours to get out to the Gulf. Once you make the first turn, it starts getting sparse. You can look over the levee at the homes along the way. That time of year, it will be dark pretty quick. You can feel some side to side motion as the ship makes various turns.
