This place is unbelievabley great!

 

We got a room with a spectacular view of the mountain range!

 

Can you tell I'm having fun?

 

The cruise was great too. We saw a couple of enormous chunks calving off the Marjorie Glacier in Glacier Bay. Next to no whales, but you can't have everything.

 

I occurs to me that I probably should have put this on the Alaska board. Too late! Brain's still on vacation. :p

Hey Sea Hag. . .that is a beautiful lodge. The scenery is spectacular. If you can a chance and can swing it see if you can book a fly over. You will not believe how beautiful it is from the air.

We were on the 8/27 sailing of Coral Princess.

We were driving south on the Kenai last weekend and spotted it on the ridge. Saw the sign too late:(

 

Did a U-Turn and came back to look at it.
