I found the following list on a thread at another CC section.

Wow....... This is a list of things that I think would be wonderful. Certainly would make our cabin more comfortable and enjoyable. And some of them are very low ticket items.

Do you think any of them useful? Want 'em?

Coffee-Maker

More outlets/power strip

Better lighting throughout the cabin...especially at vanity and bathroom

More storage in bathroom

Anti-mist feature for bathroom mirror

Full-sized mirror

Wireless for in-room computer use

Electric window drapery (switch at bed)

Privacy drape between sitting area and bed

Hooks on wall for hats, etc.

Cork or magnetic strip to hang notes/maps

... the Coffee Maker  That is just a fire hazard waiting to happen.
Not if it's one of the automatic shutoff models.

However, the more I think about it, a coffee maker isn't a good idea. I would love to fix a pot while I'm getting a shower. But many folks are messy with the things they do. There would need to be coffee packets, and sweetener and creamer and stir sticks. All would add up to more work for the room steward who is humpin' it to get finished with his tasks as it is.

So forget the coffee maker! :)

I'd also like to see improved lighting in the dressing area... wireless would be awesome too.

I love the coffee in the Neptune, so unless they put in the same type of machine...

What I REALLy would like (and shouldn't be too hard) is a BIGGER ice bucket, a water pitcher, and a larger selection of glassware... :)

I would like better lighting at the desk and a full curtain between the bed(s) and the desk area (I'm talking the basic inside/outside cabins here).

One cruiseline I sailed had a great set-up for the vanity. You lifted a portion of the desk to reveal an area to store all your make-up. The inside of the lid was a large mirror, which was encircled with make-up lights. The interior space was metal, so you could put a damp/wet washcloth there to wipe your hands as you did your face.

A powerstrip. I always have to ask for one.
