Crown Princess Aloha Deck

Hi - We have booked cabins on the Aloha Deck. Would someone know if the Aft section has access to stairs to get to the pool on the deck above.

We seem to remember that the Grand had access to the pool from the aft on the Aloha Deck.

Thanks for the comments.

We were on the Caribbean Princess last year on the Aloha deck and I can remember it was very convenient to get to the aft pool where we hung out a lot. If you go onto the Princess web site and access the deck plans you should be able to figure it out from there.

We were on the Crown in August and had room A635. On this ship there is one floor above the Aloha - the Riviera and then there is the Lido deck. It was fabulous "running" up 2 flights of stairs to get to either buffets and also to easily reach the pools. Would book this location on all future trips.

2Scotts, on the Crown, the aft pool is one deck up from Aloha, on the Riviera Deck. There is no aft staircase from Aloha up to the aft pool on Riviera Deck, if that's the pool you're asking about. You have to use the regular stairs by the elevators to get to Riviera Deck and then walk back to the doors out to the pool.

Hi rdsqrl - Thanks for that response... we needed to understand because we were getting confused with the Grand Princess that does have access to the pool from the Aloha Deck.

Well I guess we are just going to have to do more walking to get upstairs. That is good we can always use the exercise.

Again, thanks to everyone who commented on our question.

just got off the crown 09/29 and stayed on aloha deck room A747. this is last room prior to aft rooms. there are stairs right here at the back however, our room steward advised us that they were to be used for muster drill only. other than muster only staff was allowed to use stairs.
