Handicapped Accessability at Cape Liberty

I assume that the embarkation facilities at Cape Liberty are fully handicapped accessible, but I do have a question for those who have been to this terminal. Being dropped off by a car service (not parking), is there a need to use a shuttle between the drop off and luggage checking area and the actual entrance to the ship?

 

I read some comments that suggested to me that there was some sort of shuttle, but that may have only been from the parking lot to the terminal.

When I was at Cape Liberty, there was a shuttle from the terminal (luggage drop off and check in) to the ship as the ship was docked far down the pier.
