Difference between 1A and 1B?

I had a huge aft balcony and occasionally we'll order breakfast, but I just prefer to be out and about. They will set the table for you if you like.

We are traveling with a group and our staterooms are in various locations on the Sky Deck. Some are under the cafe and others are under the pool area. Have you any tips on which areas may be a real problem with noise? Most of us are pretty easy going but I love afternoon naps.

If your cabin is under the carpeted area inside the ocean grill you will be less likely to hear the scraping of chairs. We had aft cabins under the outside deck and although we heard some noise, I really didn't find it to be objectionable. I will say, however, that I don't nap in the afternoon so I don't know if that would be a problem.

I have a 1A cabin booked on the Connie for Feb 5/2005. Will this remain a 1A or beceome a CC class?

According to Celebrity's website, your cabin will be CC on Feb. 5.

We are booked in a !A category for Feb 5 out of San Juan. Will this be a CC class during our trip?

We have been in the aft cabins on all M class ships. I will say if you are on deck 9 you will hear the outdoor cafe above. In the warmer climates it starts early 5am-6am you can hear the chairs being moved (dragging). If you get deck 7 or 8 you won't hear a thing. We just returned from Infinity from Alaska and had deck 9 and it was as bad, due to the fact it was cooler outside. Not as many people outdoors in the early AM. If you are a light sleeper you might want to rethink.

Well, we just got bumped to the 1A since it was free. No aft cabins available, but oh well.

We're on the very last sailing before our room goes CC, I think. I wonder if they'll "try out" the perks on us? :)
