Anyone else having trouble w/Christmas Sale 9th day

I have been trying to access the sale from the link in the email. It has a book now beside it and when I do that and go to where the sailing day, airport (city) the P3x is automatically in the promotion box. But when i click on continue it comes up invalid promo code.

 

Anyone else having problems? I am looking at the Liberty for 2/10/2008

I have not been able to access any of the days. I called Carnival and they told me to just keep trying because they are so BUSY.....

Which leads me to another complaint-you would think as big as Carnival is they would have a website that could handle all the hits without problems like these.

....and yes I went from the day 9 and clicked book it and the promo code filled in,...got to continue before I got that message.

Do you have a PVP you can call? thats what Id do if I really wanted that date.

I emailed my PVP and asked why I was not getting emails about the promotion. He sent me a link to the announcement, but there is nothing to click on to get to the site. Anyone have a link? I tried searching Carnival too!

I never get Carnival's emails either, luckily I have CC folks who kindly post what Im missing.

Yeah I have one but lately I'm not to impressed with him. Before booking cruises he can't call enough but once the cruise is booked its hard to get a hold of him. I haven't had a reason to call for our upcoming NYE cruise but my friend who is going with us had a question about price drop and she ended up calling the 1-800 # after he never would return her call. And if I had to hear one more time about how the ship is almost booked up when I can clearly see a bunch of cabins available I would scream.

 

Plus I have some CVC certificates I can use so I will probably end up booking thru them just to use my few remaining points plus a certificate.

You're welcome. I only knew about the sale because last year I got the emails and the link was posted here by other CC members. Just passing it along.
