? about the Holiday Inn Port of Miami

How far from the port is the hotel? Is it walkable? How much does it cost to transport 5 people to the port? How much for 5 people from port to Miami airport? Is there any restaurants and shopping nearby? Sorry about all of the questions!

The HI is very close to the port but not walkable. Approx. a $5 - $6 cab ride. You can walk across the street to Bayside Marketplace.

I fly out of Fll so can't answer on the airport fare.

Takes about 15 minutes and $20 to get from airport to hotel. I have written down that it was $21 to get from hotel to ship. but that seems high. It is only about 2 miles to the ship. We walked across the street and ate dinner at Bayside. It is noisy in this area and we had a room on the street facing Bayside. It was hard to fall asleep with all the people shouting and cars honking until all hours of the morning.

You will want to take a taxi cab van to the port and it is a very short distance. It is not practical to walk with luggage so you definitely want to take the transportation over there. The Bayside Market is right near the hotel and has various small shops and a bunch of restaurants.
