woodmill100 Posted January 4, 2008 #1 Share Posted January 4, 2008 Have been sent with our documents. I assume replacements will be available at the dock? Thank you.
tennisobo Posted January 4, 2008 #2 Share Posted January 4, 2008 Yes, there are tags available at the dock. This is nothing to worry about. Make sure you know your cabin # and deck since this is the info that will need to be written on your tags dockside. Happy sailings...
Rare ORV Posted January 4, 2008 #3 Share Posted January 4, 2008 Look very closely in your package. I thought I didn't get mine either but they were still in the envelope.
rwalls Posted January 4, 2008 #4 Share Posted January 4, 2008 I agree, the tags may be in your envelope. They don't look like tags, no strings attached. They are like self-stick labels on a sheet that have been printed by a computer. You peel a label off the sheet, loop it around a handle ( like an airline tag ) and the sticky ends you push together, back to back.
Cobraman Posted January 4, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 4, 2008 Word to the wise; if you plan on obtaining tags at the port be sure and stick a permamarker or some sort of pen in your purse, pocket, carry-on, etc. Using a felt tip with a fine point will make it easier for the porters and baggage handlers on board, and the one time I needed an extra tag I didn't have a pen and neither did the porter.
