Hmmm.."Noro" somewhere other than a cruise ship?

Just had to share this for anyone who gets grief about "sick" ships. It happens everywhere! It just doesn't usually make the news unless it's a ship.

They had to close down part of a hospital here a few weeks ago due to Noro. It definitely doesn't limit itself to ships.

I agree that it's sad that the media always picks on the cruise ships when, in actuality, it can strike anywhere. How about the 2.8 MILLION cases that are affecting England right now? Think they'll find some way to link it back to a cruise ship??? ;)

One of our local high schools had a large outbreak this past fall.

Of course it's not just ships! In D.C., they had to shut down a couple of hotels recently because of outbreaks! That made the news! Schools get it all the time! ANY place where groups gather are prone to it!
