Can you still withdraw cash from the Casino bank againt your cabin account?

Just back from Constellation, no charge and you can withdraw up to $2000 per day.

We did run into one casino cashier on Constellation who insisted she had to know if we were going to gamble with the money or not. I just told her that no cashier had ever asked me that question, and she shut up and started counting out 10s & 20s. Most often, you'll have no problem, but every so often you'll run into a cashier who runs the whole ship:rolleyes: .

The only question I've been asked when taking out cash is if I wanted to gamble at the machines or at the tables. If it was tables, they would give me chips instead of money. But I've never been asked if I were going to gamble, and they really have no right to ask that.

If you intend on pulling out a lot of money, make sure you use a credit card for your on-board account with incentives as everything at the end of the cruise is sent in as a purchase...

The casino cashier is for the convenience of the players. As long as the majority of the people who use this service are actually playing, there won't be a problem. They know if you're playing. I'm sure it will continue to be free of charge if it's not abused, but you can bet that if everyone starts trying to get money without playing there will soon be a fee charged.

Thanks for your replies. In year past I withdrew money for table play in the casino, and I wondered if the policy was the same with respect to any potential service fees or charges by Celebrity. You have answered my question. Thanks again to all.
