FredS Posted February 7, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 7, 2008 Here is a site that shows where your favorite ship is right now, and it shows the track it will be taking to its next destination. You can zoom in or out. Tells the time it left port, how long until it arrives and if the camera is working on the ship you can see whatever it is looking at. *****/schiffsposition.php?schiff=Caribbean+Princess I was looking at the Coral so that is the page I copies. Click on the tabs above the chart.

Druke I Posted February 7, 2008 #4 Share Posted February 7, 2008 Yes interesting site. They have the wrong picture up for Royal Princess. They are showing the old one, now P&O's Artemis, not the new, an R class former Renaissance ship.

flamomo Posted February 8, 2008 #15 Share Posted February 8, 2008 This is a great link. I'm watching the Diamond and the Tahitian, the next 2 ships I'll be sailing on. I love being able to move the maps around when the ships are in port, so I can zoom in and see the mapped areas. Gives a good perspective of how things are laid out. Click on the tabs above the chart. That is an awesome site! Just did a random test for the Diamond and works very fast as well (She is offshore Lahaina, Maui). It's like a cruisers version of Google earth. The additional info, such as "Contacting the ship" is a thoughtful addition. Really makes one wonder if a third party can do this for ALL the cruise lines, why Princess couldn't do something similar for themselves. Oh no! another addiction...
