We have seen a couple of shows on Carnival that were Vegas-type where the girls were wearing elaborate costumes that were thongs. We were sitting in the back, though, so it was pretty hard to pick out. But my kids haven't been to one show. They would prefer the kids' program.

 

Now by the pool is a different story. We have never seen anyone topless, thank goodness, but there all kinds of people wearing all kinds of swim suits. My kids never seemed to notice.

Yes, Carnival's dancers wear thongs at some point in the shows.

 

Some day, though, she'll learn that all people do indeed have butts! ;)

 

I wish folks would get over the guys in speedos thing. Big deal. Y'all have never been to the beach in Europe, I take it.

 

Not any worse than anything else. Yes, I'd prefer that people cover up when they're walking around, but at the pool? Not an issue. Just please cover up before you walk into the buffet.
