Another Virgin Gorda question

When you take the ferry over do you take your passports w/ you since you are technically going to another country or do you just carry your sign and sail cards and photo id? Has anyone had any problems w/ this?

 

Also do they rent snorkel gear and towels at the Baths?

If your ship is in port at Road Town then you are already in the BVI, no need for a passport to go to Virgin Gorda, it's the same country.
