I haven't seen the PH TVs, but I think you will be pleased with the ships' libraries of DVDs They advertise over 300 titles, but our experience is that the list includes more than 600 titles, including many that we had been wanting to see for a long time. You may select 2 movies at a time. I brought a couple of DVDs from home, only to find they were also in the collection on the ship.

No flat screen..TV in cabinet near bed, pulls out and swivels..not bad when you are watching..BUT be sure to push in before going to bed so no one hits their head on the way to the bathroom in the middle of the night..been there done that..
