Firsttimescaredcruiser! Posted March 14, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 14, 2008 Is it possible to book a cruise a couple of years ahead? I would love to do a cruise with my two girls. I know it would take us a little to pay for and save up. I only see a year ahead on the Carnival website.

mprucha Posted March 14, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 14, 2008 Actually you can book further than a year out. If you go to carnival's site and go to find a cruise, then click on individual ship names, many of the ships have their 2009 and some 2010 schedules out already. Many people are already booking for these 2 years so you could book now if your cruise and ship had that time frame available. Good luck!
qprrules Posted March 14, 2008 #4 Share Posted March 14, 2008 Click the "Find A Cruise" link then click on a "Choose A Ship" link then click on the "View Itineraries" link and you should see some itineraries for 2010:eek:

Firsttimescaredcruiser! Posted March 14, 2008 Author #6 Share Posted March 14, 2008 I guess my problem is going to be that I am looking out of a particular port. That way we can drive instead of paying for airfare too... THanks everyone!
firefly333 Posted March 14, 2008 #7 Share Posted March 14, 2008 Which port do you want? Once you have that, then its much easier to narrow down which ship(s). Right now I only want Galveston pretty much so I know to only pull up Ecstasy or Conquest. You could drive to Port Canaveral, the Glory is a great ship and thats a great port to go out of for instance.
Muumuu Posted March 14, 2008 #8 Share Posted March 14, 2008 What I love about booking so early is that I can make payments spaced over the time frame. Like lay a way! I am paying on two now for Nov 08 and Mar 09.

sailorwife Posted March 14, 2008 #10 Share Posted March 14, 2008 There are a Bunch of us booked on the Victory for 2010, we meet on the Triumph Roll call for Feb/2008 cruise and there are some of us that have become good Friends , so we decided to go again in 2010, it is fun to book ahead that way your excursions can be paid for as well as lot of time to save monies for shopping and time to plan lots of get togethers on the ship, :)
