Mysticks1 Posted April 5, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2008 I know this info is out there somewhere but the search locks up on me. :( DH and I are trying to decide if we want to eat at either Chops or Portofino's on our cruise next week. I know we need to make reservations when we board if possible. Upon boarding are the menus for the main dining room for each night posted somewhere so that we can decide which night's menu in the main dining room is least appealing to us? Thanks in advance for your replies. :)
Aprille Posted April 5, 2008 #2 Share Posted April 5, 2008 I believe the specialty restaurants have the week's dining room menus to look over before making reservations. Hopefully someone who knows definitely will reply.
cb at sea Posted April 5, 2008 #3 Share Posted April 5, 2008 Chops did NOT have the dining room menus on our cruise--we just booked the night we thought would be best for our schedule, and hoped for the best. We knew we could cancel if we decided against that night.
Tanker4 Posted April 5, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 5, 2008 Don't recall ever seeing them posted for the entire cruise although they do post them on a daily basis. Also, you can ask your waiter on the first night at dinner as he/she should be able to tell you. Perhaps someone else has a better answer to your question. KatieGator Posted April 6, 2008 #12 Share Posted April 6, 2008 http://www.thepreismans.com/Freedom_menus.htm Someone posted this a few weeks ago, and I found it incredibly helpful. The review of the Freedom is fantastic too.
polyfan Posted April 6, 2008 #13 Share Posted April 6, 2008 We just came off the Liberty, however the menus posted by SueL were not the same ones we had. There were a couple of nights the same but not all .
lovemylab Posted April 6, 2008 #14 Share Posted April 6, 2008 We were on the Serenade in November and the specialty restaurants did not have the dining room menu's available - the only thing they were able to tell you is what the theme would be (i.e. formal night, Caribbean night, etc.) The menu's on the Serenade were the same as the one posted earlier in this thread. We ended up dining in the specialty restaurants the night of the Caribbean menu and the C&A menu.
