G'day everyone...my cruise is 6th Jan 04. I would like to loose some weight so I don't have to purchase new clothes, as I have a lot of beautiful outfits hanging on the racks.

I am 66 kg...don't know what this is in lbs

I would like to loose 5 or 6 kg.

There are so many people on this board...it is fabulous how it's taken off. (My wish for all of you is that you "take off" too!!!!)

 

As for my weight, this season, I seem to be holding my own....down a bit from the same time last year...so I am not an unhappy camper. I have to get started on my exercises and improve on my water drinking and give up my snacking!!! Oy vay!!! Such a challenge!

I would like to join. I would love to lose between 25 and 30 pounds before I cruise in February. Wish me luck through Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas....Geesh, I know I should have started earlier.

Hi: I lost 24 lbs from July 7th til the first hurricane when I went off the 6 WBMO. Too hard to sit through a hurricane and not have a glass of wine. I went back on it yesterday and when I weighed in I was down 27 lbs (still lost three pounds even tho I was cheating). But I am going back on the plan to lose another 10 lbs before the holidays. I am still on my diet but I am at a standstill now.

It's SO DEPRESSING!

The first few Kilos were easy ...but now...and I have been a good girl and keept to a strict eating pattern.

 

Need for encouragement.

Our bodys do that..lose then rest for awhile. Remember you could be losing inches even if not losing weight! Don't give up!
