djpig Posted October 3, 2004 #1 Share Posted October 3, 2004 After reading countless posts we determined that many people consider Los Veranos Canopy tour in PV and Randi's happy horses in Mazatlan the can't miss things to do. We have booked both. My only question left is what is the can't miss thing to do in Cabo san Lucas? Is there any one thing that stands out? Right now we have the Historic Pirate ship and snorkel tour booked through Princess but if there is a can't miss thing to do in Cabo I have no problem canceling. What say ye cruisers? SoccerMom#3 Posted October 4, 2004 #2 Share Posted October 4, 2004 We went to the beach in Cabo and had a great time. It is so beautiful. I could have done without all of the vendors but it wasn't too bad. Enjoy, especially with Randi. She is wonderful. Elise

I would like to go to a beach, but which one??? and what do these beaches have to offer??? are there places to eat & drink?? are there things for kids to do??? Are there any resorts or hotels we could go to and use their facilities?? I really want to go to Sammy Hagar's restaurant and order the famous woborita (sp?) Has anyone gone there??? sorry for all the questions Barb

wwakla Posted October 7, 2004 #8 Share Posted October 7, 2004 Barbie1 Cabo Wabo was alot of fun. The Waboritta (sp?) goes down real good, so beware!!! Had three!!! :D Cabo Wabo has only pizza available in the bar area, but it is good. Or was that because of the alcohol?? There was a beach to your right when you are on your way in from tendering. Not sure what they have available. You can take a water taxi to Lover's Beach which was to the left. We did not do this as we were told that the water taxi doesn't go all the way into the beach. You must get into the water to and from the water taxi. Other than Cabo Wabo we shopped and sight see'd by foot. Have fun.

TrayceeJ Posted October 14, 2004 #10 Share Posted October 14, 2004 My only question left is what is the can't miss thing to do in Cabo san Lucas? Is there any one thing that stands out? Take a boat to Santa Maria to go snorkeling. It is the very best spot and uncrowded. Princess offers an excursion called the Two Bay Kayaking and Snorkeling Tour to Chilleano Bay and Santa Maria. Or you can catch a ferry to Los Arcos, but getting off the boat at Lover's Beach can be quite rough and this is where a majority of the people will be headed. Hope this helps.
