Best way to call canada & email

I will be on the RC Brilliance of the Seas in two weeks.

 

We will be in Europe.

 

On my last cruise I made the mistake of using my cell phone to phone home when I arived.

 

What is the best way to call home (Canda) Phone card?

 

Also, how much is it to use the computers in the lounge area....is it charged per minute?

I think internet costs about $.55 per minute--there are packages you can buy to reduce that amount by a few pennies.

To call home, wait until you get to a port, buy an international calling card and use a pay phone. That will be your cheapest phone option, unless you have some kind of international cell plan.

On our last Zuiderdam cruise I noticed that they were selling phone cards on the ship, apparently at a greatly reduced rate. You could check if that is available and if it is in fact a good price.
