Continuing saga of My Cruises

Recommended Posts

Just checked My Cruises. Booked cruises are still there, no history and no C&A level. Wonder if the post about RCIs IT team was right and they are really working on the problems. I guess anything's possible.

I talked to C&A last weekend, and they said they fired the old IT team, and this was a top priority for the new team.

I am an IT Project Manager by profession, so I know what has to be done here (generally speaking), and it's at least a 2 month job, unless they add a whole bunch more functionality into the project. I say by mid-summer, or later, they should be done.

As long as the rep on the phone can see the corect info, then you're OK. It's the external web site that has the problem. If you're going on a cruise and need to make sure of your C&A status, then have them email the info to you, print it, and take it with you.
