Sagamore Hotel and dining in Miami

We are spending 2 days in Miami pre- cruise, and have heard that the Sagamore in South Beach is a great all suite property. We will have 2 teenagers with us, and want to be on the beach. Anyone ever stayed here? Also open to dining ideas. Barton G was recommended by a friend- any experience dining there?

Really like the Sagmore and the location is good also.

Love Barton G but it is very $$$$$. How old are your teenagers? Just a heads up that South Beach is topless and thongs permitted and you'll see a lot of that. The first time my stepkids (they were teens then but adults now) saw it they giggled a little and never mentioned it again.

Moderate priced restaurants that teens would like:

News Cafe (outdoor Ocean Drive)

Van Dyke Cafe (outdoor Lincoln Road Mall)

Larios

David's II

Expensive restaurants (everything in South Beach is expensive)

Nobu
