Would someone tell me about these coupon books? Worth booking with someone who is offering it as 'incentive'? We are looking at Majesty out of Baltimore...a quick trip (we are in Richmond). Thanks in advance for any information.

We got two of them from our NCL cruise agent. They have a variety of coupons like two for one specialty resturant passes. 20% discount on your second Spa session, casino incentives and some discounts for the photos

We can only use a few of them ...but still nice to have!

Thanks for the info...it seems that if they are free, you might get a small amount of value... appreciate this information. I was trying to figure out if they were offered if it made a better incentive regarding who I booked with...

the casino will have a special: $15 for $10...you buy a special bag with 3 $5 chips in it...they are match play chips.

watch your sales specials...sometimes they offer photo specials, jewelry special, etc.

check the daily, they may offer 1/2 price at some of the surcharges.

unless any of the coupone are something you really need, i would book on price...hoping to get some on-board credit. but to book just to get the coupon book, nay.

I've got say - I wasn't impressed. I think most of those "deals" are available at some point on each cruise without the coupons.

CrowncruiserKK when I was on the NCL Spirit in February they had one in my room, so maybe you will have one waiting for you in your room. ;) Have fun on your cruise. I am going back on the NCL Spirit in November for Thanksgiving. :)

We booked through NCL and our PCC sent us one right away. I don't know that I'll use very many of them, but the bogo at the specialty restaurant and the spa discount sound good. Call NCL back and talk to your cruise consultant. ;)

We booked our cruise on the NCL Star to Alaska through an online website. We are supposedly getting a coupon book with up to $300 worth of discounts when they send us our cruise documents. I don't know if that is the same thing as what you are all talking about. Its free so if I use only one of the coupons I'll be happy!:D

If they don't come in before your cruise, NCL usually, extends the previous year (08) coupon book, for the first few weeks of the new year. I really think that you should be ok because I know they are working hard to get them out 4th QTR 08.

The only coupon worth anything is the dinner. Their pictures and spa treatments are way over priced even with the discounts.

 

I threw them all out except for the dinner special.

 

And remember that the dinner special is only good for the 1st night.
