Several people asked where these pictures were taken at and the answer is Goffs Cay in Belize. Beautiful little island(and i do mean little) just off the coast of Belize. Carnival used to offer an excursion through the ship to there, but I don't think they currently are. But I believe you can still book it on your own if you wanted to. Hope this helps!

Here are my two favorite pictures from our last B2B cruise on Legend. The first is when my boyfriend was acting up just as the photographer came to our table. He was trying to put his hand down my dress for the shot and I grabbed it. The second is when we got tired of the stilted way the photographers were posing us and we said, just shoot what we do.

This won't be relevant to anyone but me, but I took this one almost by accident as we were sailing away from Miami on our recent Glory cruise.

I was taking pictures of the skyline, other ships, etc., and turned and took this one of my husband. It is so "him" as he is the quiet thoughtful type.

I'm going to have it framed.

I just wanted to throw this in for good measure.

Someone had mentioned that they took the tour through the cruise line, but ask if the other party had taken a cab to do this tour?

This is what I have found. I have cruised off and on, but mostly on for about 20 years. At the beginning I used to book a tour through the cruise line, but NOW, I get info from CC people on the different tours, which helps out a lot.

Also, I find when they have different tours they are suggesting in that area, and we "don't" want to do those tours, or perhaps we have already done them, we get a TAXI, if there is one. This way we get a "native" and they take us places where the tours from the cruise line does not. We have seen/been to some out of the area, or off sites which were more than awesome. It has been worth it every time, and the prices were always reasonable, but we always "discussed" this before we got into the cab.

Hard for me to come up with a "Best of All Time," so many photos taken in very different situations, and favorites for different reasons.

However, from my last cruise, three favorites:

The day before sailing on Carnival Ecstasy, we saw Freedom of the Seas leave Port Canaveral with some winged escorts:

My favorite photo to show just how relaxing cruising can be:

And five cruise ships in one photo, leaving Nassau (my current desktop background):

I can bet the conversation went like...

1. Bet you we can swim to that Island!

2. NO we Can't!

3. Sure We've got time.

4. What they gonna do...yell at us.

5 Com'on, we gotta try.

2. NO! We will get in big trouble.

4. No one will say anything.

1. It's only a couple hundred yards.

3. Half hour of swimming...tops.

5. I'm in, How bout you?

I love the composition of these pics- great shots, especially the "winged escorts"

LMAO! Oddly enough, 3 of the guys were in their teens then, 2 in their early 20's. It was by far their favorite day and there was nothing there to "entertain" them. Lots of wrestling and playing with a deflated soccer ball they found. By far one of my all time favorite beaches in the world!

I keep this picture framed in my exercise room to motivate me :)

And this is a little of what they did the rest of the time!
