I believe the cabins 6030 & 6033 have less obstruction the small boat is in front of those windows. The E cabins are smaller than the other cabins.

 

If you do not want any obstructions I would go with D cabins (deck 3) they have a porthole or the C cabins on (deck 4)

Note that many of the obstructed view cabins on Deck 6 are really not available to passengers. Some are dedicated to staff (Manager of Destination Services and the Oceania@Sea people for two examples) and at least two others to the entertainers.
