Heck, I can't get enough points to go anywhere. I have asked them where my points go to, since I fly them at least 6 times a year. It's like that one sock in the dryer. I have been trying to get a statement showing my miles for the last couple of years. You know, if you are going to have a customer rewards program, I don't think it should be so cumbersome and cost you to use it!

Increases are if you are using the miles for upgrades in class, or travel outside the US. If you are using FF for advantage tickets inside the US, there is virtually no change from the current policy. Only some increased service charges, if not booked on line. One needs to read the rules to see how it applys to their situation.
