In Memory of MargaritaGal

Some of you may know MargaritaGal (Marcia) who loved this website and chatting with you about Carnival Cruises. She was my former co-worker and friend and I have the sad news to report that this past weekend she passed away at only 59 years old due to cancer. She will be missed and I just wanted you to know since she loved to cruise and her absence here will be felt (I finally went on my first cruise last month after being inspired by her many cruise tales).

Here she was in happier times:

I too am sory to hear about your loss - and at a young age as well.

It should remind us all that we need to enjoy life now and not wait until our "golden years" as they may never come. A friend of mine has all the money he can spend, but his wife cannot travel due to a medical problem, so they miss out on cruises, vacations, etc. that many of us take for granted.

I am so sorry to read this info and thanks for posting and letting us know, did her family set up some type of trust fund where we can send some money via Paypal or a local bank to help out?
