Ramada Hollywood Beach--anyone know of it?

We have lots of time to kill before out flight out of FLL on departure day and SAS transport (who many use on this site) recommended this hotel as one that may give a day rate and they could provide pick up and drop off.

On Tripadvisor site, it gets horrid reviews!

I know it is only for a day but....does anyone have any experience with this hotel and day rates.

It is on the beach which is nice!

Any help would be welcome.

Does anyone else know of anywhere between Miami port and FLL airport that have day rates (on the beach would be nice)

Great Beach Front Is All It Has

Pets Are Allowed Because The Size Of The Bug In My Room Was So Big I Thiught It Was A Turtle-seriously.

Has anyone stayed at Bahia Mar? Is it a good hotel and is it in a good location accessible to shops, restaurants and attractions (by public transport)?
