Good morning,we are leaving on the Oosterdam tomorrow and my wife was wondering if anyone knows if they conduct yoga classes on the ship?

They had yoga on the Amterdam and Zuiderdam, I am sure they would have it on the Oosterdam too. Balancing while at sea can be tricky, according to my partner. :)

We were on the Veendam last year and they had free stretching classes in the morning that included some yoga poses. They also had fee-based yoga classes. Frankly, I think they should offer more free classes... even if it meant putting on a video and letting people follow along.

i have been to yoga on recent trips-$11 is charge and level of class is somewhat dependent on training of instructor. Seems to me on Eurodam all classes in the gym-studio area were pay classes. Spinning and pilates also popular. Classes usually fill quickly in my recent experience. Your wife could talk with Instructors about specifics of this week's class on O. Have a good trip.

It does seem to vaqry from ship to ship -- we have seen basic yoga classes offered for free -- usually the class is around 8 AM.

 

Then on other ships there was an $11 charge.
