WiFi on the Navigator

Hi everyone,

 

Just wondering if there's WiFi in the cabings on the Navigator. I understand there is "ship-wide" WiFi, but I'm hoping that it's designed to reach the cabins as well as the common areas.

 

I tend to do a lot of online travel research when traveling (like reading this board, for example) and am hoping for a reliable internet connection from the comfort of the cabin.

You should be fine Tommy although the closer you are to the computer room, the better the WiFi seems to work. If you're way forward or aft, it may be a bit more tentative.

thanks traveller333. i had to google "aft" :), but it turns out that we're toward the front of the ship. the bow, if i've learned correctly. hopefully we're good to go.

There are wireless nodes throughout the ship...it isn't a signal broadcast from the computer center. There will be some cabin to cabin variation, of course, since the access points seemed to be every 3-4 cabins down the corridor. Position within the cabin may make some difference as well, but I had no problem from the desk in #722 (portside, forward).

I was in suite 531 in January. Had great wifi service.
