Exercise Classes on Royal Caribbean

Recommended Posts

Hello! Does anyone know if Royal offers exercise classes (either paid or free) on sea days? On Princess it seemed that the classes were only offered on port days. I am talking about general Aerobics, Spinning, etc.

Thanks!

There is usually some sort of class every day, sometimes 2 or 3, but not all aerobic. Some are spot toning various body areas. On the larger ships the gyms are very nice and there are steam rooms and saunas inside the locker rooms. Aerobic classes and step classes are at no charge, along with the toning sessions. Spinning and pilates are for a fee and offered at different times during a 7 day or longer cruise. I have no idea about classes on short cruises, as I have never done one.
